Clean Refrigerator

What is it about a clean refrigerator that makes you happy?  I'm not talking about a "Oh! Tomorrow's trash day I better clean out the frig.  Oh man, there was one more leftover of chicken enchiladas!!" kind of clean.  I'm talking about a sparkly clean. Like a take everything out of the refrigerator, hand wash all the shelves, drawers, etc. and then put it all back in.  I have to admit, I'm a bad refrigerator cleaner.  I just don't notice it until I spill something.  Then I see all the crumbs and smudges and jelly on the underneath side of the shelf.  What?  Yes, there was Stikki Nikki jelly on the underneath side on my middle shelf.  How it got there, nobody knows!  I probably just don't notice it because it's such a pain to clean and takes a little over an hour of scrubbing.  But if you have a frig I guess you better keep it clean.  But I did treated myself to a delicious chocolate caramel pudding cup after all that cleaning... and yes, I did forget I had those in my frig! :)
