Last week was Family Bible Experience at church.  It is like VBS(vacation Bible school) but families go to all the stations together.  It really is a great event!  Families worshiping and learning together.  I'm so glad our church did this!  I was sad that our children were too young to go through but James and I had the opportunity to help.  We were the time keepers/gofers/extra hands in the nursery/generally just whatever needed to be done.
The week was called Pandamania so, of course, there were Pandas everywhere!

Here are some pictures I took the last day.

Chapel time

Game time

We did something really cool during craft time.  Instead of making something to take home every night, families made things to give away.  Below are shirts they made to take down to Trinidad.  They also decorated backpacks to send overseas as well as several art pieces to take to local nursing homes.  The last night the families did make a poster to take home to remind them of all the "God Sightings" they saw during the week.  I loved this idea and hope we do it again next year.

My kids did have some activities in their class.  S was in the nursery the first couple of night since he isn't 2 years old yet(September birthday).  He didn't do too well there.  I thought it was just because it was late(it went to 8pm and my kids are in bed by 7:45!) until I helped in the nursery one night.  I then realized he was just really, really bored.  So I asked and he went into the 2/3 year old class with O the next night.  I stepped outside the room to check on him during class and I heard the teacher say "Let S get the bubbles too."  Then I heard S laughing and laughing and the teacher said "S, did you laugh so hard you fell down?!"  Yes, this class was alot better for him!  My kids also received t-shirts.  To say they love these shirts is a gross understatement.  When O saw her's in the drawer she immediately wanted to wear it.  Then S started throwing a fit because he thought he didn't have one but I was just going to his room to get his!  We have a fight to get them off every time they wear them. :) Don't they look happy??  They had a ton of fun this week!
